Able Apparel Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied and confident with your purchase from Able Apparel! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process as easy as possible.

Types of Returns

  1. Exchange: Items returned for a change in size, for an item of equal value, or for store credit.
  2. Refund: Items sent back for 100% of their value to be returned via the original payment method.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear or washing. Should items be denied for return, they can be sent back to you at your expense or disposed of/donated after 30 days.

Return Shipping Costs:

We offer free return shipping for exchanging sizes or for an item with equal value and any items that arrive to you damaged or defective. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return:

Start your return by emailing us at support@ableapparel.co. We’ll provide you with shipping details and we'll be sure to walk you through the process!

Non-Returnable Items:

Items sold on sale may not be refunded, but may be exchanged for the same item with a different size.

Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll get an email notification when the refund has been completed.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be sure to send you a replacement or issue a refund, free of charge.
